#20. February 5th, 2023 (Defence Hearing):  Present in court was Hon Edgar Kagoni and Prosecutor Ms. Winny. The scheduled defence hearing didn’t take place due to the absence of the accused person. A warrant of arrest has been  issued on the accused, Samuel Kabugi Nganga.
 
The case was adjourned to  March  20th, 2024 for  a mention.

#19. October 18th, 2023 (Defence Hearing):  The hearing did not take place as the court was not sitting. The prosecutor was not in court. The accused was present with one witness.  The hearing has been set for  February 5th, 2024.

#18. September 25th, 2023 (Ruling):  The matter was coming up for ruling. The accused Mr. Kabugi was present with 3 witnesses but without an advocate.  While the ruling was not heard, it was assumed that the court ruled that there is a case to answer as a defence hearing date has been slated for October 18th, 2023.

#17. September 20th, 2023 (Ruling): This ruling was adjourned.  Court did not commence until late morning with the sitting Magistrate advising that he had vehicle issues. When this case was called, the accused was absent from the court (he had been seen earlier) and the file was put aside.  Adjourned to September 25th, 2023.

#16. September 13th, 2023 (Ruling): The ruling did not take place as the accused was absent, his wife was in attendance and said he was unwell and went to hospital. Adjourned with next date set for September 20th, 2023.
